From Ballet to Broadway!

A one night only, collaborative live dance and music event presented by International Ballet Artistic Director, Vlada Kysselova. Sponsored by Charles Wofford and Nancy Thomas, From Ballet to Broadway! will showcase the classical ballet La Fille mal Gardée (Act I), Broadway inspired melodies performed by Max Quinlan and Siri Howard and exciting new dance works by Vlada Kysselova and Carissa Kubitz. Guest dancers Cara Marie Gary and Edson Barbosa (of the Joffrey Ballet) will present Moody Rhapsody, a gorgeous pas de deux set to Astor Piazzolla. Buy your tickets now for this dazzling evening!

The Nutcracker

A classic family holiday tradition

The beloved holiday classic returns to the Peace Concert Hall featuring principal guest artists accompanied by the Greenville Symphony Orchestra. Join Clara and her prince as they encounter dancing snowflakes, spirited sword fights and a visit to the Kingdom of Sweets.

Act I Snow Scene features the angelic voices of the Greenville Youth Chorale.

In culmination of International Ballet's 20th anniversary season the IB Assemblé Guild presents the 2023 Passport to Dance Benefit Gala with auctioneer Matt Holiday. Storytime Ballet

Storytime Ballet

A partnership with the Greenville County Library System, International Ballet’s free programs introduce children to the world of ballet through dance-themed books. The performance/readings allow young children the opportunity to see the costumes and performers up-close and meet the dancers after the show. Over 1,000 children and their families attend a Storytime Ballet performance each season.

 

Performances are 10 am at Five Forks branch

11:30 am at Hughes Main Library branch.
