International Ballet partners with Pleasant Valley Connection and other local non-profits to provide free ballet training and performance opportunities for children. The goal of Project Pirouette is to remove barriers to ballet for children who may not otherwise have the opportunity or exposure. Through summer camps and after-school classes, IB teaches ballet to children of all backgrounds and abilities. Students learn about musicality, creativity, and team work as they engage in ballet and conditioning movements that improve fitness and build strength.  Participants have the opportunity to perform for family and friends. Students who are interested in furthering their ballet studies beyond Project Pirouette may be eligible to enroll as a student at International Ballet, with scholarship funding available.
