Benefits of Legacy Giving

  • For the Donor:  Have an enduring effect on the future success of International Ballet - a cause you care about - and receive potential tax benefits.  Future planned legacy gifts will be recognized in print & digital materials (if desired) and donors will become a lifetime member of The IB Society

  • For International Ballet: Provides a significant source of long-term funding, helping to secure the organization's continued fulfillment of its mission & vision.

  • For the Community: Ensures that Greenville and the Upstate continue to receive exceptional ballet experiences through IB's professional training, performances, and meaningful community outreach programs. 

How to Plan Your Gift

  • Bequest: Include International Ballet in your will or trust.

  • Retirement Account: Name International Ballet as a beneficiary for any portion of your 401(k) or IRA retirement assets

  • Life Insurance: Name International Ballet as a beneficiary or gift the policy itself

  • Other Assets: Donate publicly traded securities, real estate, bank accounts, etc.
